Garlic Pepper customer service is bad

Garlic Pepper on 578 Yonge Street (corner Wellesley) has bad customer service. First they don't acknowledge your presence. After sitting on the table next to the window for 10 minutes without service, we were told to move to the table right behind the divider because the table we were in was reserved (there was no sign). Then another 15 minutes before water and menus came in. AND not two menus but one saying "oh we only have one menu right now" in a restaurant that sits about 25 tables with less than a 3rd of which is occupied. The lady waitstaff did not provide utensils nor taken our order. Male waitstaff took our orders and another 15 minutes before our sodas came in. 15 minutes past that we got one appetizer. Each dish came in at 10-15 minute interval with friend rice coming in last. The place had 5 other tables filled and male staff without apology would plop our food (dimsum stacked together without unstacking them for us and would literally place the dish on our table without looking at us or the table as he screamed in Chinese for the lady waitstaff for something we could not understand) This continued throughout the meal and the last comment we hear from him when we asked for the menu (2 hours later) was "everybody is in a hurry."

This was one of the worst experiences we've had. The meal could not have lasted this long and if it did a better approach is to apologize for the delay. There was no apology, no comment and no congeniality required of restaurant staff. Quite abhorrent behaviour that is not worth returning. Overall rating is DEFINITELY NOT WORLD CLASS and need to IMPROVE SOMETHING like their attitude, their business practices and overall approach to client satisfaction.
