It would be great if I go to this salon and get my haircut on time. On four occassions I've been delayed - one up to 45 minutes! It's hard enough to find a good stylist and then when you do find one, you are a captive of their perception of time. This is what I have a problem with at House of Lords. Second issue - the music is just quite loud. My eardrums are dying here. If not for going to my stylist, I would have left but that's the problem - I found a good stylist (Michael H) but not a good environment. Cleanliness is a third issue I have with this place. The bathrooms can border disgusting sometimes. There are boxes near the sinks and the place looked like it needed a reno. ~ richard

Hello Tomas,
The whole idea of this website is to identify which products and/or services in Toronto are world class. It is unfortunate that some services are not of high quality as one would expect in a world class city - so they get a lower than "world class" rating. This is not complaining but if you really look at it from the stand point of the organisation you are gaining valuable data for improvement without the cost. Think about it, how many times have you actually gotten feedback about how you perform at work? Not much right? This is an opportunity for these organisations to learn how they can improve their products and services. So its not a complaint site, its a research-based improvement opportunity site.

I know what you mean about the music..it's deafening from outside let alone inside! If it werent for the good hair stylists, I dont think theyre business would be good
