Sighs of pleasure come to fore when one sees tuna tataki ($66/kilo) draped over cucumber and wakami salad ($22/kilo). I enjoyed the truffled chicken pot pie ($18) and had to have the gooey ooey yummy triple-cream Riopelle de I'Isle ($70/kilo) from Quebec. Served with artisanal breads from Bakery Thuet.
