What a nice surprise! A donor, who wanted to remain anonymous, indicated that he is giving us, writers of TorontoDelivers.com, a weekend getaway trip. Really? We were all over gushing and quite happy about the gift. So, of course, the next task was to check the last minute hotel news blog for hotelclub deals. No time to waste. Will it be to see the Jerez Horse Fair which reminds us of the Big E in Massachusetts or stay at the Cumberland Hotel Caracas for the sounds of African drums in the Venezuelan Caracas region? Choices choices and with limited time to get away from work (ok we can blog from anywhere but we do have other projects too), the hotel updates website was very useful. Where did we end up? Amsterdam. And we got to ride the train to Madurodam this time.
