The World Class Rating (WCR) System has four parts. This is called the "Update Something" Rating. This is the second from the top in the four rating scale. Whenever you see this on a discussion, we think that the experience could be better... with just a bit of an adjustment. Maybe the service was inconsistent, maybe a need to skill up the language capabilities of the employees, maybe change the uniforms, something... We'll let you know and you decide if our assessment was correct.
