Where's the MOMA? The MET?

Asking some locals where the museums are is like watching a Jay Leno "Jaywalking" episode. So what's the opposite of MOMA? I met Ash at Lettieri and he pointed me AGO (apparently not pronounced 'ago' but A-G-O). Where's the MET version? It's ROM (I was told it was pronounced like the city not like walking-about aimlessly).

Let me tell you about this experience next time.

I love the Metropolitan Museum of Art http://www.metmuseum.org/ more than any other museum I have visited, but the Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO) sells the best cap I have bought at a museum--a black cap that states ART MATTERS, their logo. As I wear a cap often when I walk my dogs, it brings a touch of Toronto back to the Big Apple.

I wish we had a place in TO for contemporary art, the AGO doesn't do enough of it. We just opened the MOCCA but it'll be years before it establishes itself.

Love your tagline.
