The World Class Rating (WCR) System has four parts. This is called the "Not World Class" Rating. This is the lowest rating in the four rating scale. Whenever you see this on a discussion, we think that the experience was bad... sometimes really bad. Sometimes there is just a need to revamp the product or the service to get it up to par to world class level. Maybe the place is a total wreck, maybe the cooling system is falling off the ceiling, maybe there are little critters on the kitchen counter, maybe its just in a despicable state or the experience was just horrible. We'll let you know and you decide if our assessment was correct.
