Toronto Delivers

One of the first things we need is to get is broadband access, cable tv (dvr preferred), and home phones setup. Since there's two of us both working from home, I called Rogers to get us setup. Why Rogers and not Bell? Its what's the building suggested. Between Robin and I, we've been on the call with Rogers 15 times before they've completed our service. Why you asked? We needed two of everything - two phones, two cell phones, two sets of connections to the net (I'm not cutting cat-5s - they have to do it), two cable tv connections for our two bedrooms and the living room, and whew! They couldn't get the idea of a work-from-home person let alone two people, it seems. Oh the drama!
